The Impact of Unwanted Pregnancy in Adolescents toward Pregnancy Care: A Systematic Review

BACKGROUND: The unwanted pregnancy in adolescents causes the rejection of and fetus itself. AIM: purpose this literature review is to determine impact on care adolescents. METHODS: method used a systematic review. data search using an advanced techniques databases engines such as CINAHL, PubMed, Google Scholar. based qualitative study design criteria, national international articles, published past 10 years (2011–2021), written Indonesian English. RESULTS: From six articles reviewed, it was found that there were impacts adverse events adolescents, namely, not doing ANC, trying abort pregnancy, eating healthy foods with balanced nutrition, physical activity sports, taking Fe tablets, getting lack sleep rest, ignoring personal hygiene, being introvert, fetal stimulation, depression. CONCLUSION: Adolescents, who experience tend do behave harming themselves their fetus; therefore, further research can be done regarding development model families experiencing pregnancy.
